  • Over 25 years in sales with the last 13 years in leadership roles.  I have made a conscious effort to grow as a sales leader in the tech industry.  My route to success has been from the bottom up from individual contributor to revenue and growth leader across companies both large and small.  I have a depth of experience with high dollar value deal cycles as well as high velocity top of the funnel intensive operations.  This puts me in the best place to draw from both sides to ensure the best sales tactics, strategies and sales methodologies are put in place to achieve success.

  • Led multiple Account Management and Customer success teams across USA, APJ and EMEA.  As a core part of the revenue team and arguably the most effective part of the business to drive new revenue and growth, customer success and account management are a crucial part to my revenue strategies.  I have effectively driven these teams to be responsible for high revenue growth and customer retention as part of total strategy.

  • I have managed and worked alongside various global teams managing lead generation activities. With a main focus on the EMEA geo I have worked with multiple external agencies and inside teams to ensure consistent lead generation and mapping through to revenue generation.  Predictably being able to implement marketing and lead generation across the business is a core strength and requires an open mind to retain buyers attention.

  • I have both designed and implemented new revenue systems as well as refined existing systems. Leading and working with external and external teams to bring the best revops capabilities to the organisations I work in. I see Revenue Operations as a core tenant of the wider business.

  • Working in complicated large enterprise businesses means having to navigate a equally complicated matrixed enviroment. I have worked in and built matrixed revenue teams including partnership management. Getting the best out of a wide variety of talents, both internal and external.

  • Worked in multiple organisations with PE/VC backing. Understand the nuances involved in investor stakeholder management and ensuring confidence in growth plans and delivery.

    I have been the revenue and growth leader in two companies leading to PE exit and merger.

Responsible for leading revenue generation, Go-To-Market strategy/implementation, team growth/rationalisation and developing new products and services across a broad range of verticals.

  • I have worked with some of the largest Banks and Financial Services companies from Europe, Americas and APAC. I have broad experience across both Buy and Sell side clients. My relationships span across C-level to middle management predominantly within Digital, Technology and Business.  Within Europe and the Americas myself and my teams have delivered disruptive Enterprise SaaS solutions, Data Analytics, AI/ML and Digital solutions across this wide network including customers such as Credit Suisse, UBS, Coventry Building Society, Lloyds Bank, Bank of America, Aviva and HSBC.

  • Led global teams implementing large scale Security and Digital Solutions for the likes of Thomas Cook, Collinson Group (Priority Pass) and DFS.I have also been personally involved with large +£10M start-ups and scale-ups in the travel sector with a deep understanding of the industry and integrating into legacy systems such as Amadeus and Sabre.

  • Running teams providing AI/ML and Algorithmic solutions to large mineral extractors and resellers globally. I had the opportunity to work with these organisations in multiple roles and have also provided outsourced services and web/mobile development. Customers ranged from niche providers to household names such as: Philips66, BP, Shell, SubSea7 Chevron, BHP and Woodside Petroleum.

  • I have both worked in and with Telecoms for the last 25 years.  I have worked directly with the likes of British Telecom (BT), Telstra, A1 Telecom, 3 Mobile and Vodacom with broad teams providing Enterprise SaaS solutions, bespoke AI, Data and Algorithmic solutions, as well as mobile and web app development with Telecoms and Media globally.  More recently working with diverse teams offering OTT solutions to media powerhouses such as Comcast and Warner Bros.

  • Range of experience offering services across Defence and Government in APAC, USA and UK.  This includes Network, Security and Digital Solutions.  I also spent 5 years leading a team dedicated to providing Managed Service with defence security clearance at all levels.

  • Core focus on creating digital factory twins and implementing AR/VR solutions to streamline factory and robotics maintenance.  Working with brands such as; Daimler, Fiat Chrysler Automotive and Electrolux.

  • Working with global Pharma and Life Science companies and institutions to solve complex data and AI problems. Worked with the likes of GSK and J&J helping them solve complex problems that had real world benefits.

My focus has been on enterprise SaaS, Services and tech offerings, this has provided me with broad experience across multiple offerings and segments.

  • I have led teams across EMEA and Americas taking Topcoders offering to market.  I have been responsible for top of the funnel through to close and Customer Success.  I have also worked with local SaaS startups in the UK creating Go-To-Market strategies and guidance to move past pre-seed to profit.

  • Over the past 20 years I have worked across multiple consulting practices.  Taking to market business process, security and digital consulting services.

  • I have worked as VP of Sales and Head of Sales for some of the worlds most noteworthy Digital Agencies.  I have also been responsible for pre-sales and delivery teams at different stages.  This has given me a broad engineering and technical background, which allows me to be an effective leader in tech first businesses.

  • I started my enterprise career in the Infrastructure space and consequently went on to partner with global majors to design and deliver Enterprise Storage and Backup solutions.  I have worked with global names such as Hitachi, IBM, HPE as a delivery partner.

  • Majority of my experience with Cyber Security is within the Application Security, Identity Access Management, Network Access Control, Mobile Security and End Point Management. Although as part of one of my roles I also took to market Physical Penetration and Penetration Testing.

  • I have worked for some of the top design, user and customer experience agencies in the world.  Creating bold GTM plans to create entries into large enterprise clients that would otherwise be stuck with incumbents. I have successfully ensured the closing of multi million pound contracts with the likes of AVIVA and GSK providing UI/UX design services.

  • I have spent a significant portions of my career in the AI/ML and Data space.  Covering areas such as Manufacturing 2.0, utilising AI and Big Data to create commercial VR experiences, building custom algorithms to solve global issues and productising Algorithmic and AI solutions. This is certainly something that I have found most fulfilling and personally interesting.
